Thank you for taking your time to send us your technical support request to support@margi.com Ensure that the DVD-to-Go PC Card is plugged into the Zoomed Video (ZV) slot usually on the bottom slot. Please make sure that you are not in 24 bit color mode. In this mode your graphics screen does not leave any room to bring the video in. Please check to see if could get the video by lowering you desktop resolution to start with to e.g. 1024x768x8bits and if this is successful, raise to 1024x768x16bits. Please find the attached self-extractable file contains the latest driver. There should be a INSTALL.TXT file for instructions on how to upgrade the display adapter driver. CAUTION! : MARGI Systems produces Multimedia-to-Go products. We do not manufacture video boards or sound boards. You must obtain your drivers and support from the manufacturer of your notebook. If you cannot get assistance from your product manufacturer, MARGI Systems offers some software drivers (the same drivers we receive from the notebook manufacturers), which should work with most implementations of our PC Cards. You can install the attached file and use it at your own risk. Note: Please include all previous communication to us on this matter if you need further assistance. We cannot track the progress of your technical issue without this information. I have tried Neomagic for new drivers, but they just point back to HP. The EXP DVD drive seems to work fine as a data drive. Any creative ideas on getting usable Win98SE video drivers for my machine? I am willing to accept all risk for untested drivers and/or beta software. Anywhere you could point me? Maybe an older version of your software would be compatible with my older drivers? My current Neomagic drivers (NEOM.VXD, NEOM.DRV)are version 4.10.1631. Thanks again for any help! -Chris
